The ASRH has different types of members:
- Industrial members are defined by their links to the watchmaking sector. They number over 100, and include brands and watchmaking manufacturers, suppliers of services, components, instruments and raw materials as well as other sub-contractors in the microtechnology sector. The Association generally runs joint research projects for the benefit of the industrial members who subscribe to them and also co-finance them.
- Research laboratories (universities, private laboratories) and institutions (associations, foundations and federations) close to the horological sector.
- Individual members who comply with its objectives.
Industrial and collective members receive descriptions of new projects for subscription (one or two per year) and they then have the possibility of participating in them. All members also receive an invitation to the annual conference organised by the Association. Participation in the conference is free for individual members and for employees of member companies.
