Subscription projects are joint research projects designed and established by the ASRH. Proposals for subscription projects are initially submitted to all industrial and collective members of the association. When a project proposal gathers sufficient interest from a group of members to ensure the financing of the work, the project kicks off and the partner companies form a consortium which monitors the implementation of the scientific work. This work is then entrusted to one or several laboratories, research centre or university which has the necessary expertise to carry out the project. The project is managed by the association which coordinates the work and the exchanges with the consortium of partners.
The work is confidential and the ownership of the results is reserved solely to the partners. The ASRH thus enables its members who subscribe to projects to participate slightly in the costs of the research and in the most advanced developments, thus giving them access to the expertise of the best research groups in Switzerland and in Europe.
